COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina Manufacturers and Commerce, the State’s Chamber, today announced Brandon Charochak as its new Communications Director.
Charochak, a veteran communicator, comes to SCMC from the Office of the Governor, where he served as Governor McMaster’s and the administration’s chief spokesman and Communications Director.
“We are thrilled to welcome Brandon to the SCMC team,” said SCMC President and CEO Sara Hazzard. “He brings to the organization a depth and breadth of experience that will help us tell the success story of economic development, capital investment and job creation in South Carolina that sets us apart – and is a testament to the hard work of our members. In addition to serving as the SCMC primary media contact, Charochak will oversee internal and external communications efforts.
