It was an eventful week in South Carolina politics as voters headed to the polls for primary elections. More than 855,000 South Carolinians cast ballots, marking the highest turnout for a primary since 2010.
If you haven’t had the chance to view the results, you can find them at the following links for Constitutional Offices, SC Federal Offices, and SC House of Representatives races.
Several races will advance to a runoff election on June 23, with early voting June 17-18. We encourage you to make a plan to vote and continue participating in the election process. Those elected this year will help shape many of the policies that impact our business community.
As always, thank you for being an active part of SCMC. We look forward to continuing to serve as your voice on the issues impacting our future.
